Responsibilities:

·         Answering to customers’ emails;

·         Providing assistance to company’s support team;

·         Registering customers’ accounts;

·         Blocking, terminating customers’ accounts;

·         Assisting customers to configure phones and routers, to update firmware;

·         Supporting customers to configure the adapter to send and receive faxes;

·         Supporting customers with technical issues such as problem with equipment;

·         Supporting customers to understand their invoices;

·         Assisting customers in case of quality problems, problems with routers;

·         Assisting customers with payment, connection or other technical issues;

·         Configuration of phones;

·         Review documentations and maintain the status on a regular basis;

·         Other tasks assigned by administration.

Required qualifications:

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French languages;

·         Excellent organizational and time-management skills;

·         High sense of responsibility;

·         Analytical and solution driven skills;

·         Team player;

·         Conforming to deadlines;

·         Self-organized, punctual, accurate and detail oriented personality;

·         Flexibility, ability to prioritize the work;
